最后考官问了我一个比较意外的问题 “What would you do if you had more than twenty minutes to talk about this topic?” If I were you, first of all I will show my enthusiasm by wearing a clown costume and draw some audiences' attention..."

Okay... Today I'm going to talk about a festival and ways to get through it. The topic I'm going to choose is Chinese Lunar New Year, a festival which usually falls somewhere around January to February, though the exact date changes every year, since it's a lunar festival.

So, as for ways to be prepared for this festival, the most important thing would be to have your shopping ready. Usually, asides from shopping for gifts for your friends and family, you also have to stock food up, since you'll be paying a lot of visits to your relatives.

Once you're prepared, the festival itself is usually a time of just relaxing with family and enjoying a long break, for university students and office workers alike, since there's a whole week's holiday for Chinese New Year.

As for me, the part I like most about this festival is the feeling of being with the family and relaxing after a year of hectic work/study. Of course, the part I like least is probably the traffic, since if you want to head back home to celebrate, you most likely have to stand in a queue for literally hours for a train ticket, as Chinese New Year is a time when many people, especially those who have moved to the cities from the countryside for work, will return to see their parents.
